We accept returns on all purchases received within 30 days of the original delivery date.

Return Conditions
1. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns of items in new, unused condition with all original tags attached. Returned items must not be washed, worn, or altered in any way.
2. Please note: If an item is returned in damaged or unacceptable condition, your refund may be delayed, reduced, or declined.
3, We kindly ask that customers cover the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.
4. This return policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable law, including the right to withdraw or warranty protections.

Items purchased from simplysolace.shop can only be returned via email request.
All returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your delivery. If your order was shipped in multiple parts, the 30 day return period begins on the date you receive the final delivery of that order.
