All simply solace handbags are proudly crafted in the United States with care and precision.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically delivered within 6–9 business days (including processing and transit). Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

What countries do you ship to?

At this time simply solace ships within the United States only.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Since we process orders quickly, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to request a cancellation or modification. If the order has not yet shipped, we’ll update it right away.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after the returned item reaches our warehouse. Please note that your bank may take additional time to reflect the funds.
