Can I amend or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations. Please double check all details before completing your purchase.

Can I Exchange My Product?

At this time, we do not offer product exchanges. We recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the product you’d like instead.

When Will I Receive My Pre Order?

Pre-ordered items will ship within 6–8 business days from the estimated shipping date listed on the product page and in most cases, your order will be delivered within that same 6–8 business day window.

Please note that business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
If there are any unexpected delays, we’ll notify you right away.

Exchanges must be requested within 30 days from the date your order was shipped. Please ensure the item is in new, unused condition before initiating an exchange.

Do You Ship to Multiple Addresses?

At this time, we do not offer shipping to multiple addresses in a single order.

Do You Ship Outside the United States?

We currently ship to all United states, including At this time, international shipping is not available.
